Our goal is to provide our clients fabulously indulgent nail care while maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation. We aim to build and maintain a relationship with our clients and to provide you with a warm atmosphere so you can enjoy, relax, and unwind. Bliss Nails & Spa is truly dedicated to our customers.

At our salon, we have the following policies for the mutual convenience of our clients and our salon.

  • We offer a one-week guarantee on Gel and Full Set services. If a nail breaks or chips within this period, we will repair it free of charge.
  • We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is rude or comes in with a bad attitude.
  • Please inform us of any health issues, including diabetes, before your service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and gift cards.
  • We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will resolve your issues with the service itself.
  • If you have an infection or ingrown nails, we may refuse service. If you insist on proceeding, it will be at your own risk, and we will not be responsible for any consequences.
  • Please keep phone calls and conversations at a low volume to maintain a relaxing atmosphere.
  • Our prices are available on the menu. Please confirm prices with nail techs before receiving services.
  • Kindly provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • If you are coming with kids, we kindly ask that you supervise them.
  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately, and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
